What is required?
- Bachelor's/Master's degree level of working and thinking
- Experience in crypto is a plus, interest in it a must
- Work experience with people, brands, or companies with significant reach
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge and experience with paid ads, Google Analytics, UX, and SEO
- Knowledge of and experience in online performance marketing
- Excellent command of Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing
- Creative, initiative, commercial, and analytical
- Able to work independently and collaboratively

Vacancy
As a Marketeer at MN Trading, you will be responsible for promoting the growth of various brands within The EMN Group, including Michaël van de Poppe's personal brand, MN Trading Consultancy, MN Capital, and CM Academy. These brands are active in the rapidly changing crypto market with significant reach. This requires a targeted and data-driven marketing approach, which you will be engaged in.
Your main task is to analyze the performance of websites and social media accounts to improve the effectiveness of campaigns. This involves finding and applying new methods for launching, optimizing, and analyzing marketing campaigns. Your analyses will lead to concrete plans aimed at improving the growth and reach of the brands within The EMN Group, with the goal of increasing the conversion rate of leads to customers. Additionally, you will coordinate and optimize the brands' presence on various social media platforms, including managing Michaël's new podcast.
You will be part of a compact Marketing team, consisting of a Social Media Manager and an Editor/Visual Designer. In this environment, you are responsible for identifying target audiences and devising strategies to effectively reach and convert them.

Working week
On an enjoyable day, you are extensively involved in analyzing various websites and social media accounts to start a new campaign. You come up with fresh ideas and present them to the Marketing team and the Board.
On a less enjoyable workday, you find yourself in numerous meetings, preventing you from developing your ideas and results. This makes the day seem longer and as if you have not been productive enough.
