Operations Manager – MN Trading

Vacature

As a Technical Analyst at MN Trading, you are responsible for guiding and supporting the starting investors and traders that form the large community which uses the Discord platform of the company.  You analyze the trends of cryptocurrencies, in order to determine the right moment members should (or should not) invest. You use your analyses, as well as your knowledge, to create and supply different forms of content, such as the newsletter, trade-setups and social media posts. 

On a daily basis you work on trade-ideas, in which you thoroughly describe practical examples of situations in which MN Trading did or did not make a move within the crypto-market. You write out the reason(s) for these decisions, and then share the trade-ideas with the community.

You also answer members' technical questions, on topics such as prices, trading and investment strategies. The subjects of these questions differ and depend on the member's experiencer, and whether they are looking for a long-term or short-term investment. 

You are part of the Technical Analysis team, which consists of three Traders, with one working abroad. In addition to your own team, you work closely with the Marketing Team and the Fundamental Analysis Team.

Technical Analyst

On a good day, you work on different content: you explain a specific trading topic in an extensive document, and write a trade-setup to share with the group. Besides that, you offer support to the community by answering a lot of different questions.

On a lesser day, the crypto-market is slow and there are not many opportunities to trade.

A specific part of the MN Trading's trading strategy is not completely understood by certain members of the community. How do you give the right explanation for this part?

An element of the Gold and Platinum memberships is the fact that members get access to the portfolio of Michael, the CEO of MN Trading. In this portfolio, the trading strategy of MN Trading is included. As there are many starters within the community who require extra help, there will be a lot of questions about the trading strategy.

You look at the specific part of the trading strategy the members do not understand. Based on your own knowledge and experience, you come up with a thorough explanation. You work on larger, educational documents to explain trading topics which you share with the community in order to help them with trading and investing.

MN Trading is working on a personal development plan with an official budget. Among other things, this budget finances courses and training courses, which promote the development and growth of employees. Currently, MN Trading is still in the start-up phase, so the ways an employee can develop, depends on their own initiative.

Dit doet de organisatie door klanten te begeleiden bij Trading, Investing en Learning. De core focus ligt hierin op crypto. Inmiddels is de start-up al veel gegroeid: van één oprichter tot een team van ca. vijftien medewerkers.
